Duties & Responsibilities
Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Drive foundation initiatives including donating to charity, providing disaster relief, promoting renewable energy, promote gender equality and addressing problems in our society.
- Approach donors and organize fund-raising events for ongoing funding and ensure sustainable income for the foundation thereof
- Send acknowledgement letters, appreciation communication and thank you letters to all donors.
- Manage foundation yearly calendar initiatives including planning, implementation, budgets and execution of the initiatives.
- Manage all requests for funding and conduct regular site visits to beneficiaries.
- Report to the trustees and the group on all initiatives including content for social media / marketing purposes ding career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Manage productive activities that have both a direct and indirect impact on the well-being of stakeholders.
- Enhance a company's reputation by means of balancing the interests and expectations of various stakeholders.
- Build relationships and creating value for all stakeholders.
- Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies.
- Partner with all the company’s entities in driving Foundation initiatives.
