Permanent - Scrum Master - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

• Coaching and guiding the team on Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Tracking progress and providing regular feedback sessions with stakeholders
• Assessing and coaching the team towards higher levels of Scrum maturity
• Building a trusting and collaborative environment where issues can be addressed openly
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Supporting the Product Owner and ensuring alignment with the product vision
• Removing impediments and facilitating continuous improvement within the team

Requirements for this role include:

• 3-4 years+ experience as a Scrum Master or team lead
• Proficiency in agile project frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Certification such as PSM or CSM
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Familiarity with agile patterns and techniques
