Develop and Conduct Sales, Customer handling and Product training for new products
Develop and Conduct Service Operation training
Conduct refresher training for product and service operations
Maintain training records and for all training program
Experience
Previous track record of delivery of Non-technical training programmes Previous Sales and Service process implementation
Develop and Conduct Sales, Customer handling and Product training for new products
Develop curriculum, training material and student guides for Sales, Customer handling and new product training.
Assist with development of annual training plan for rollout of soft skills training.
Deliver Sales, Customer handling and Product training for new products
Identify weak areas within Dealer network for new product and develop training programmes to address weak areas
Maintain online training modules for Sales, Customer handling and product training
Develop and Conduct Service Operation training.
Develop programmes for Service Operation training
Deliver Service Operation training for all stakeholders
Identify weak areas within Dealer network for Service operation and develop training programmes to address weak areas
Conduct refresher training for product and service operations
Develop programmes for Product and Service Operations
Deliver refresher Product and Service Operations training for all stakeholders
Identify weak areas within Dealer network for Product and Service Operations and develop training programmes to address weak areas
Maintain training records and for all training programmes
Complete training administration of invitations and bookings, training evaluations and assessments.
Capture and maintain all training records for soft skills training
Issue certificates and training records for each programme
