Role
- To provide sales administrative support and maintain efficient relationships with company MC Export dealers to drive sales growth in a specific cluster

Detailed Description of Tasks
Sales Planning and Forecasting
- Collaborate with dealers and build sales projections/forecast, and determine stock/inventory requirements
- Incorporate dealers’ sales projections/forecast into export division monthly and quarterly sales plan
- Compile and communicate dealers’ sales projections/forecast to export dealers
Inventory Tracking and Management
- Analyse dealer’ sales results and stock reports, to determine and recommend replenishments
- Administer all process and procedures relating to stock management and control within the Export Division
- Collaborate with Logistics Division to address stock supply related issues
Order Processing and Invoicing
- Prepare and issue proforma invoices to dealers for all orders/deals concluded
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in order process and documentation;
- Follow up on payments with dealers and provide confirmation to Finance Division
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate the preparation and shipping of dealers’ orders/shipments with the Logistics Division
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipping documents, provide support to correct errors (if any)
- Monitor dealers’ order packing with warehouse and shipping bookings with Logistics Division
- Track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Dealers Relations and Communication
- Liaise with dealers and address all enquiries and providing information relating to the business
- Attend to dealers’ queries and provide the necessary support where needed
Dealers Performance Monitoring
- Track dealers’ sales results/actuals against plan, and adjust sales forecast accordingly where needed in collaboration with dealers;
- Monitor and review dealer sales KPIs
- Ensure dealer compliance in all activities.
Reporting
- Maintain monthly stock and sales data in the appropriate templates for record keeping purposes
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports on dealers’ sales performance to Sales or Area Manager
- Compile and submit ad-hoc stock and sales presentations and reports as required
